Establish a fundamental understanding of ACL rehab in its entirety through the utilization of research, lecture style presentation as well as interactive labs and demonstrations for hands-on learning.
Properly identify and address potential rehab complications, including proper referral
Properly identify appropriate exercises and treatment progressions throughout the course of post-operative ACL care.
Utilize proper ACL return to sport testing and rehab to determine when your patient is ready to return to sport.
My primary objective was to incorporate a practical hands-on learning experience which I believe is severely missed in ACL rehab education. The late stage movement will be taught by experienced sports performance coaches.
